The World Refugee Day in Kansai
June 24, 2018
11:30AM - 4PM
@ Osaka Municipal Housing Information Center
- As the same human beings sharing the same planet and time -
Every year, June 20 marks the United Nations’ (UN) World Refugee Day.
Around that time, many events for raising awareness of refugee issues take place across the world.
In Osaka, too, we organize an annual assembly.
What would you do, if we encounter asylum seekers who had fled from an armed conflict or persecution?
Is there anything we can do for them?
Why don’t we learn more about refugees?
If you are interested in refugee issues, you are most welcome to the assembly!
Let’s learn more about refugees and asylum seekers in Japan.
